Psychology. It gets you thinking.
A popular core course for many majors, General Psychology is available this summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:10 a.m. to 12:10 p.m., in the Humanities Bldg., H245, on the Blountville campus. A web course in General Psychology is also available on Thursday evening, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Humanities Bldg., H252.
A hybrid course in General Psychology is also available during the first summer term at the Bristol and Johnson City campuses on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. The hybrid course requires an iPad.
Summer classes offer students a great way to earn credit hours, fast-track their certificate or degree paths, or simply learn more about a new subject. First- and full-term summer classes begin on June 1.
Students enrolling in General Psychology should have completed ENGL 0870 and READ 0870 or appropriate entrance scores in testing.
This link provides more information about the course. Both courses are transferable and meet the Tennessee Board of Regents/Northeast State’s General Education Core requirements.
