Find a great book and start your summer reading list at Volunteer Northeast State’s Book Fair happening April 19 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Humanities Building on the Blountville campus. All proceeds from the sale go to the Sevier County Fire Victims Fund. This fund was established to help victims of the wildfires that occurred in Sevier County last year.
Browse a variety of books from fiction and non-fiction, children’s books, inspirational, gardening, and more. Visit the book fair, select the items you want to read, and leave a donation. Suggested donations are $1.00 to $2.00 for top quality books and $1.00 for older books.
Students and faculty are invited to donate anything except textbooks to the fair. The book-generous are asked to bring their donations to the Humanities Building, Room H-206 or to the tables during the Book Fair. Donated books can be of any genre including fiction; non-fiction; biography; poetry, how-to; recipe and cookbooks; travel; and magazines. Volunteer Northeast State thanks you for your support.
